Cosplay Contest

RULES (English Version):

REGISTRATION LIMIT

A maximum capacity of 60 cosplayers will be allowed to register for Saturday’s Cosplay Contest. Participation is limited to PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY!

EVALUATION PROCESS

You will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Craftsmanship
  • Attention to Detail
    • Makeup
    • Wig Styling
    • Attitude
    • Shoes
    • Cleanliness
    • Good First Impression
  • Originality/Creativity
    • Alterations
    • Props made by you
    • Cosplay is a mixture of bought items and hand-crafted items
  • Acting / Performance

CRITERIA TO FOLLOW

  • Documentation and Evidence of Cosplay Process and Elaboration will ONLY be accepted through Google Drive. Add the judges in it (midoriscosplays@gmail.com, izunacosplay@gmail.com, jonapollocosplay@gmail.com). Thus, the judges can see the process. (No photo or video you put into the slide show will be used improperly and will not be mismanaged by any judges without their consent. Remember to change the access to “everyone with the link” or “public” so that judges can access your submission.)
  • If you purchased your cosplay but made alterations to it, you must explain what they were.
  • If you bought/didn’t work/someone else made your entire cosplay and didn’t change anything on it, YOU WILL LOSE POINTS in the CRAFTSMANSHIP and ORIGINALITY/CREATIVITY portion of the evaluation.
  • ACTING/PERFORMANCE will be an IMPORTANT part of the evaluation. Contestants are urged to prepare a presentation. Each participant will have up to 3 minutes for their performance. If you do not know what to perform or choose not to perform, YOU WILL LOSE POINTS.
  • We also consider CLEANLINESS and a GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION of your cosplay IMPORTANT.
  • It is imperative to follow these criteria in order to carry out an accurate and fair evaluation.
  • Confirmation emails will be sent only after submitting the evidence of process and elaboration to judges on or before the stipulated date. It can be the start or part of the process.

Se permitirá una capacidad máxima de 60 cosplayers para registrarse en la competencia de Cosplay del sábado. La participación será limitada a los participantes que ya se registration previamente.

PROCESO DE EVALUACIÓN

Serás evaluado según los siguientes criterios:

  • Artesanía
  • Atención al Detalle
    • Maquillaje
    • Peinado de Pelucas
    • Actitud
    • Zapatos
    • Limpieza
    • Buena Primera Impresión
  • Originalidad / Creatividad
    • Alteraciones
    • Accesorios hechos por ti
    • El cosplay es una mezcla de artículos comprados y artículos hechos a mano.
  • Actuación

CRITERIOS A SEGUIR

  • La Documentación y Evidencia del Proceso y Elaboración del Cosplay SOLO se aceptará a través de Google Drive. Agregue los jueces en él (midoriscosplays@gmail.com, izunacosplay@gmail.com, jonapollocosplay@gmail.com). Así, los jueces pueden ver el proceso. ((Ninguna foto o video que coloque en la presentación de diapositivas se usará incorrectamente y ningún juez lo administrará mal sin su consentimiento. Recuerde cambiar el acceso a” todos con el enlace ” o “público” para que los jueces puedan acceder a su envío.)
  • Si compraste tu cosplay pero le hiciste modificaciones, debes explicar cuáles eran.
  • Si compraste/no trabajaste / alguien más hizo todo tu cosplay y no cambió nada en él, PERDERÁS PUNTOS en la parte de ARTESANÍA y ORIGINALIDAD / CREATIVIDAD de la evaluación.
  • La ACTUACIÓN será una parte IMPORTANTE de la evaluación. Se insta a los concursantes a preparar una presentación. Cada participante dispondrá de hasta 3 minutos para su actuación. Si no sabe qué realizar o elige no realizar, PERDERÁ PUNTOS.
  • También consideramos importante la LIMPIEZA y una BUENA PRIMERA IMPRESIÓN de tu cosplay.
  • Es imperativo seguir estos criterios para llevar a cabo una evaluación precisa y justa.
  • Los correos electrónicos de confirmación se enviarán solo después de enviar la evidencia del proceso y la elaboración a los jueces en o antes de la fecha estipulada. Puede ser el inicio o parte del proceso.
